The image size is 584 x 730 px, which should work in PDF and ePub files with both the B&N Nook (600 x 730 px max graphic size) and the smaller Sony Readers (584 x 754 px max).

The aspect ratio of this image is 0.8, compared to 0.75 for the previous page, even further from the approximately 0.625 of the content area of a 6 x 9 inch Lulu book. However, scaling this image to fit a 4.5 inch width would leave about two inches for text, which I decided is a good thing. Ink on paper actually looks quite nice at that size.
